There is absolutely no way any deal has been sign despite what POSCO have said, it's a material event and has to be updated on immediately by PLS.
.You only have to look at the quarterly to tell you there is little doubt a deal will be signed , it could be this afternoon or in a month, basically when both boards have signed off...;-)
