If I'm reading this right it appears that KB built a plant, then employed a team of people who had little experience in using the plants equipment, consequently watched the share price plummet due to the fact that the people who he employed who had little experience which resulted in a big delay in getting it right and then he gets a bonus!
If I'm wrong then I've read it wrong but if I'm right then it's laughable.
