for those who think batteries are expensive, a car at 6litres per hundred with fuel at $1.70 per litre can run for 160000 klms notice manufacturers are offering free scheduled servicing on fossil fuel cars guess thats an offset in anticipation of ev demand, the big loser will be the government they will need to introduce a different tax , EVs are reasonably priced with a home solar charging station and likely to get cheaper.
