PLS will rerate - even companies completing studies like AVZ (met work shows a 55.7% recovery) which are typically best case laboratory outcomes can not get the recoveries PLS is obtaining.
Time will always sort out the wheat from the chaff.
PLS has had a lot of bad luck with contractors as well as operations. The bad news has all been priced in.
Upside from here, particularly if our neighbour does not receive financing which appears increasingly likely.
