This is the problem with people who used to hold and eventually sold at a loss. They hang around, gnashing their teeth when the SP goes up and delighting in a falling SP. A common human trait you feel you need to be vindicated. Trust me when i tell you to turn off and not look anymore. You'll feel much better for it.
For us that remain holding, it'll feel so much sweeter when the SP stabilizes and subsequently rises after this short term challenge passes.
