Oz reserve bank has just lowered to cash rate to 0.25%, same rate for 3 year bonds, which is where many medium sized coy's raise debt. The reserve bank has also made available $90 bill specifically focused on business lending with rates of between 0.25 to 0.50% rates, to be administered by the banks.
Very targeted response for business, ensuring liquidity in the system, though, not so good for new bond investors. Could this be an opportunity for PLS to refinance it's debt?
