It is a positive sign. We are not sure if it was a related party transaction or not, but it is a momentum shifter.
Watching both GXY and PLS it is clear that it is not stock specific. We are seeing something more like a reawakening of the sector.
The signs are good that this will be more sustained than the price spikes over the last few months. The April price run was heavily sold into. It remains to be seen if we can break the shackles this time around.
