Misleading figures.
Whoever it is has pls producing <100kt of spod in 2021. Talison not operating cgp2, wodgina offline etc etc.
A fair comparison would be demand vs existing effective capacity including what is currently idle, forgetting any start ups.
Pretty easy to carve numbers out to support any theory.
