With the figures for Germany, however, it must also be noted that many buyers have "postponed" their purchase. After a long struggle, the existing premium/promotion for cars was increased again (this has been possible since July) and the VAT was reduced by 3%.
So perhaps customers of an e-car have been waiting for a long time (the debate whether a promotion or not has been dragging on for months), and then possibly they have struck with the current and improved conditions.So it remains to be seen whether these figures can be repeated in this way. Unfortunately, I still have to say that Germany is still not an e-car-friendly country.
Few charging possibilities (the expansion takes forever, countless providers with felt even more tariff models etc) and the german fear of the range.It doesn't matter, but with every sold car something moves in the right direction, we will see...
