I have been recently spending some time in an upscale neighborhood in Germany and the amount of PHEVs ad BEVs is surprisingly high. In the local mall is a Tesla store and a VW store with an ID3 on display. Electric is becoming more common and in that customer bracket home charging is the norm. For people with range anxiety they sell the PHEVs. Lots of German SUV PHEV running around.... I think that the high end market is already tipping.
