Yes, same with ALB, SQM in the Atacama at least. Ore in same boat in Arg, while GXY hoping to bring on staged capacity in Arg from end of 2022 (good timing for GXY).
There has been a few in Arg that have bailed altogether, revisit when economy in better shape (therefore miss market share, won't happen). LAC has been delayed also, probably 1st production in late 2021 early 2022, then a few years to ramp to nameplate.
2 Canadian spod producers are out of the picture at this time.
Analyst need to remove that nameplate (paper) supply from forecasts for the next 3 year, so yes Oz spod will seemingly need to do the heavy lifting, and hopefully the OEM's see that very soon and provide some sort of funding for expansion plans, otherwise, there billion $ investments downstream will be sitting idle.
