Probably for the same reason PLS had a MC of $2 billion in 2017 before production even started, HYPE..in the end if PLS starts to make money , fills the mill and starts expanding, the market will reflect that in its shareprice, it's the realities of production that knock hype driven non producing high flyers off their perch, as PLS discovered and PLL will likely find out as well...I know which Company I'd rather be in for the long haul..
