I have nothing to back this up and it's out of the box, but all of the work and the DD that was carried out back when we were looking to sell 20% - 40% of the project back in March 2109 ... maybe and it's only a big maybe someone has realised what a great deal that would be if they could some how secure supply for the future .... if it was on the table once before why not again !!!
