The CR will be confirmation that they are picking up an asset with a current enterprise value well north of $400m for just $240m
Its a CR that adds value.
If it was CR to get some working capital for day to day ops like the last one, then it would likely be the case to see a drop.
Some however may need to fund the 36c purchase with current share sale. That is an unknown.
