I wonder how all the auto brands that now sit under VW's parent company feel, with VW removing that competition via takeovers, pretty normal, happens daily globally. That why VW's assets have grown, reflected in their balance sheet, share price, etc. Why should it be different in Oz.
AJM had the choice of cutting supply, which would have helped improve supply/demand imbalance for them and all Oz producers, lifting lithium prices, etc. But no, they plowed on at full capacity - Don't you see that as selfish, and only making matters worse?
The real issue for AJM was the debt load, even if spod prices were at $550 pt.
