I must be missing something! This is an "entitlement" @ $0.36c/share (11.4% discount on 5 day VWAP to Oct 28 close).The board may have already drawn a line in the sand and decided the shareholder is entitled to a certain size parcel, based on the number of shares held up until todays 1/12/2020 halt.If an offer is based on the qty of shares held as at the uptake date: there could be a mad scramble to acquire shares - grossly overvaluing PLS - Then after the uptake date, we could see the SP crash back to around $0.55c/ share.
