The evening news here in NZ, our government has apparently declared we have a climate change emergency. Outcome,- all government departments expected to be carbon neutral by 2025. The expectation is they will by that time, be all operating EV fleets.
In the big scheme of things NZ's efforts are a drop in the world bucket but none the less I guess it puts a bit more acid on ScoMo. Sure coal is important to Australia's trade equation but lithium has the capacity to counter balance and add significant value to the economy.
