The fact that the RSI has remained over 80 for some time now
can make you feel like the sword of Domocles(spelling?) is hanging
over your head. That feeling gets compounded when you consider
how many folks will possibly sell those $36 cents shares immediately
upon receipt. And who can blame anyone for taking such a hefty profit.
At the same time, given the fact that the smart money is usually
making investment decisions based upon what they perceive will
be market, economic, industry, and company specific conditions
about 9 months in the future, I am not too worried about near term
stock variances. Those are very important, mind you, if you are a trader.
If, under the other hand, you are a fundamental investor like me, than
all you do is read this forum every day like I do. What that reading has
shown me over the past month is that article after article after article
are providing over whelming fundamental justification for the recent
increase in the stock price based upon the conditions that are more than
likely to exist in the second half of 2021 in our industry.
