"My understanding is holders will be offered 1 share for every 7.6 they already have"
Personally, I would have liked to see retail holders offered something like 1 : 3 or 1 : 4 as its always the BEOT that get the cream and the cake.
FWIW, I also believe 1 : 7 is what was touted as being the likely offer.... the .6 extra would be akin to just getting to lick the plate...again
