PLS management has done nothing wrong.
They presented an offer, and NO ONE has came up with a better offer.
Of course I do understand that AJM holders are very upset, and I do feel for them, but unfortunately this happens way too often on the stock market.
No need to blame the PLS management.
Sadly AJM management was the one, who failed their shareholders.
