this is just misinformation!
read the whole release in detail.
fact:
- higher demand for LOW quality lithium - lower margin
- prices for high quality lithium in and outside China stable, not declining - but demand (due to lacking converters) declined.
so - bottom line -SQM sold more Material but made less profit on it (because of bigger quantity of low level material)
