JL talks to an upcoming lithium conversion project in Europe. Their plan is to use hard rock to go through carbonate to hydroxide. Seems initially counter intuitive, but they are expecting a tight market.
In the conversation comes a moment where WA and Pilbara are specifically mentioned. One of their worries is the ability to find uncommitted spodumene production. Let me think... Who just got 220ktpa capacity that has no committed offtake???
