I had the same . Was confused. I did accept offer and was accepted. Looked in my members direct for confirmation of a transaction. No money taken out to prove I have purchased... What I did was repeat the process thinking I may have missed a step. and up came "members doesn't have enough holdings to ring fence"

Could you have done what i did and repeat offer of acceptance and received the ring fence dialog . PLS thinks you are applying for a repeat in the first offer

In my case I feel I have applied for PLSZR and now waiting for PLS to accept my application before finance taken out. I feel by tomorrow this acceptance of offer will be completed and proof of money transaction which i don't have yet...... This is my opinion Time will tell if I am right.
