dim010 the carbon footprint and pollution penalty to build a vehicle along with its end of life recycling costs are a completely different argument to its operating efficiencies. Despite its mechanical simplicity the environmental costs of building an EV may well be higher than an equivalent ICE or Hydrogen vehicle however when the daily emissions of an ICE or the poor energy conversion of a Hydrogen vehicle is taken into account there can be no argument about the best overall system for our world into the future for the majority of Australians.
