Making steel without the use of Met Coal is currently (probably for over 20 years) not economically viable, except for the non numeric Left living in inner city Melbourne.PS Solar Cells use a lot of silver. Do some research and discover Australia's amd possibly the Worlds lowest cost, highest volume producer of SilverPPS Lithium is not the end game for battery tech. Do some research on other tech, eg Vanadium and Zinc etc
