It's a vote of confidence for WA hard rock to hydroxide, and as I and many say, the world will need all decent and half decent lithium projects it can get it's hands on. A little bit of a short term blow for the smaller non producing WA juniors, pushing out there relevance for a few more years.
We have a anti PLSer over on the VUL threads expressing her concerns for Oz hard rock relevance, well I may suggest she ask WES/SQM why they feel the need to invest $1.9 billion down under, might have something to do with the fact the Asian region is home to the largest population in the world, and could probably consume all of world production for the coming decades .
