Thanks Ironman, It's an excellent article. As the stock price of PLS has steadily declined, there
is an expression you don't see mentioned very often anymore on this board. This expression is
the most fundamental reason I and many other regulars here invested in this stock. It is the reason
that mitigates my disappointment in the current share price. The expression is "Disruptive Technology."

Throughout the stock decline, I have not read a single article that indicates that electric cars and the
disruptive technology they represent will not occur. I have not read a single article indicating that auto
manufacturers are backing away from their increasing commitment to electric cars. I have not read a
single article that indicates that governments are abating there long term commitment to abolish the sale
internal combustion cars in their countries. So, the most fundamental reason to be invested in PLS is still
very much in tact.

The only thing right now that increasingly worries me is a hostile takeover. If you are a major company
who also believes electric cars will be a disruptive technology and want to get in the game, PLS is becoming
an awfully attractive way to do it. Just take a look at its current market capitalization. Damn.
