I take it scrap metal prices have risen with the rise in IO price.
Guessing, I'd say it is a made up story as KB has his hands full with way too much to do at Pilbara to worry about a run down copper mine with cheaply built substandard junk and a few tonnes of a resource that should be sold to a nearby processing plant.
