Thank you rcs.. I stand corrected... it is of course sect 1041a of the Corporations Act and not the trade practices act and for those that are not aware........
"Section 1041A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits conduct which has, or is likely to have, the effect of creating or maintaining an artificial price for trading in various financial products, including shares and futures.Aug 3, 2018"
This act is breached thousands of times every day on the ASX....What the hell is ASIC for, if not this ?
