Nevchev, I could not agree more. Their analytical conclusions related to risk
assessment does not seem to give much weight at all to such critically important
changes such as to how significantly the debt was modified. It is almost as if KB went
into the bank and said how he'd like the debt restructured and they simply said OK.
In assessing the risk, these analyst do not seem to take into consideration that during
an extremely tough economic condition this company materially improved their plant
and in turn their plant recovery. They didn't just sit there wringing their hands!

What these folks are not doing that we are doing is following this company and this
industry carefully and comprehensively. All these little pieces of news from China, from
Europe, from the U.S. every day clearly indicate that momentum is building and accelerating.
You have to be kind of submerged in this daily to really feel this momentum.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. One day there were pay phones on every corner
and the next day they were all gone. We are fast approaching a tipping point.
