They must use MC to calculate the % up or down. Same as HC, but in reality the SP is down about 20% so taken a big hit IMO. I would say, based on the price action, that the market doesn't like the deal but that must be incorrect as the deal has been known for some time and SP has been going up the whole time. Maybe over-reaction by retail investors?
