I've seen several market updates from data/cloud based companies indicting that business is very strong, probably for the reasons you have highlighted.
The big issue will be supply chain on parts for anyone trying to grow a facility or network - especially for the DC expansion by MAQ.
I suspect their numbers will still be quite good, but also expect the completion of the DC expansion to be delayed & we will likely see an update about that any day which might take the price down a little further.
