To ensure that at the same time you slowly built capacity around cloud provision (because we all knew cloud + DCs are complimentary) was again, smart and ballsy. Cash drain on two fronts.

Throw in a third cash burn component in Cyber Security that has been slowly gaining traction and we can see that management have taken massive risks to do the old “one step back to take three steps forward” to completely shift MAQ into the digital age & all of it from a telecom stock.

Cutting the divvy & ploughing years of earnings into this build of the company DC, cloud & cyber assets has been pure genius & it’s incredibly rare on the ASX to see any company successfully reinvent themselves the way MAQ has done. Just great to be a part of such a well run company!
