Yes thanks mate, you had previously posted that link (excellent vid on value investing) which I recently watched and picked up on ALX as it was discussed amongst others.
I researched a bunch of stocks following that vid, and ALX was the one that really grabbed me. Went to the HC forum & there are zero people discussing the stock which confirms it as a buy IMHO. A bit like when the MAQ forum was just you & I
Several brokers & investment houses are calling MAQ a buy right now (incl. Fool) and it’s incredible that none of them did the numbers on the DC expansion 6 months ago.
