No one believes $10 coffees are sustainable. Its that simple. The cafe will never be valued based on $10 coffees.
This needs to be understood as LT coffee price would be somewhere in the vacinity of $3. At the moment you cant get $10 coffees to the customer due to logistics. Amongst many other issues, last qtr we were only able to recover 61% from the coffee grinder. The cafe performance is reflected in the SP. When evidence emerges that this improves as well as other factors the SP will step up. Eg; if we produce and ship ~110kt of coffee it will be the catalyst for the step up.
The key is how much the cafe can benefit from $10 coffee. At the moment not much, despite still being very profitable.
