Hi Teenar; not a bright day the BEOT gouls are playing with us via the sp , you ask short, medium or long game well in my view it has to be a long term game give the nature of this near new disruptive tech ground floor to built structure. Profit building groupies like MS and GS, xxts etc "will" play/invest with the construction sand, mortar to bricks in the wall phase. What we "know and see" is the concept, floor plan, its site, its construction time line and, "eventually a useful/usable structure" - it hurts but hold tight PLS and the Li ind aint going away neither is my conviction or shares. IMO
