Firstly: POSTING GUIDLINES below state "Do not post financial advice." Something which you have blatantly ignored.
Secondly: This is really, really, bad advice. Stops, either physical, or other, are essential for responsible investing and trading.
I got stopped out of my PLS holding in my SMSF, and I have just bought them back & more for the same cash. In this case the selloff will quickly correct itself, but in other cases they mightnt ... Either way I have benefited greatly by have stops in place, and then actively buying back cheaper.
