Agree Nev. Deja vue actually, as I have block in NZ Cent North Is and was about to purchase a business and relocate up there by taking some PLS off the table. Ive figured that the upside with PLS sp over the next 2 years will be multiples of what Id make by having the business, so have put plans on hold fairly begrudgingly. Like you it hurts, and certainly patience isn't my strength, so by sifting through the dross on these forums, there are a few amazingly smart folk with patience as the common denominator, who help me retain sanity, and you also sense are the winners in this world.
