From my own personal observations of many other companies, over many years, 'Share-Buybacks', are usually, performed by companies whose Boards, have entirely run out of, any, other ideas, about how, they can possibly improve their share price, and with PLS right-now, literally, sitting upon the cusp of huge earnings arriving into its bank account in the coming months, and years ahead, while the rest of the share markets are facing 'difficult' times ahead, I really don't think that a short-term, and 'easily-white-anted', yet again, by the likes of GS on Wall St 'sugar hit' to the PLS SP, would qualify as 'the wisest' use of the company's funds, especially when the penny, finally, eventually, and at-long-last, drops, with all of the 'investment geniuses on Wall St' and the light-bulb eventually, and suddenly, comes on, in their heads about just, how, remote, are the chances of many, of the world's current plethora of Lithium exploration and development dirt-kickers, of ever, actually, producing, even a single gram, of the world's now, most highly ..desired, and ..needed, ...White Powder...!

IMHO, it would seem to me, that a better use of surplus company funds would be to use them now to acquire, an even further expansion of PLS's 'future' Lithium resources, while, Mr. Market is providing us with the opportunity to snap up some choice buys, at bargain prices, and to also further expand PLS' activities into downstream value-adding, through Lithium chemical processing.

Agreed. We are so cashed up we can weather the deepest of storms which will allow us to pick up distressed assets if the market gets very ugly much like we did with AJM in the last downturn. I would much prefer we acquire productive assets/expand production with cash, provided the opportunity presents itself, than initiate buybacks or dividend payments at this juncture. We'll be delaying gratification and we may see our value slip while we wait but it will be so worth it down the line.
