At this SP, there would be a host of companies running the numbers across PLS. Would love to know our BOD's strategy in dealing with a crap SP (and lets not default to macro situation is challenging).
What would really piss me off is to receive TO offers that say something like " paying a 50% premium above last 90 day SP ave" and our BOD to suggest its a great Offer.
