I'm still in the pro dividend camp but would still like to see current plans come to fruition and debt (though not a huge burden) taken care of first.
Then PLS can maybe fill us in with a dividend policy..
ie Intention to return x% of profits twice a year. Say X = 50% and they make $2B profit then $1B/SOI = Dividend
$4B Profit $2B/SOI = Dividend.
