well that is true but why didn't management hold back on taking free shares ? they should also take incentive at a time they are ready to provide tangible return on investment to investors in my opinion (i.e. dividend or share buy-back). As I said earlier, there is no end to growth and Microsoft & google still growing .. lolso if you are happy to watch price fluctuating and management keep diluting (2.9 billion already a big outstanding shares) shareholders with freebies then it is your choice but serios investor always look for return on investment in my opinion.
in current report you have enough cash to pay off all debt and then start paying dividend from next year but for that management needs to show or willingness to give back and this management in past reject that proposal and not sure if they will entertain now.. but worth asking if you are shareholders in the shareholder meeting in my opinion.
