with the billions being spent on ev and battery plants comes the lobbying of governments to accelerate the adoption of ev’s, renewables, it’s the what comes first chicken or the egg, companies are hesitant to invest until there is government support, governments are reluctant to make changes unless supported by the industry , but the trend has now changed to more investment dollars and then more government supporting regulations leading to more investment dollars and so on
