smoke and mirrors. If it looks like a cat, it could be a possum, but sure to be a maggot in disguise. Nothing is as it appears IMO.
Renewed volume - now that short positions are 0 (or close to -T4), they can suppress and GORGE/accumulate themselves until next compelling announcement without fear now they have covered and not going to get caught in a short squeeze anymore. Lots of bookkeeping going on in background shuffling between accounts. Don't think renewed volume is 'real' but rather the effect of this part of the game.
All in my opinion only, could be completely wrong. Whatever, the future is bright if not trading tomorrow, or absolute need to sell.
