Close as well...I suspect a small pull back for a little bit in the coming week/s and then it will happen....it is for my family a handy leg up and I firmly believe it has a good ways to go along with dividends not too far in the future.
And once they start it is quite probable that we as share holders will enjoy a decade or more of pretty solid dividend payments for most of us that will vastly more than our original capital investment.
