That is the Platts index published by S&PGolbal. They provide the indices used by a lot of commodity contracts in Australia.
I haven't seen any disclosure from the company as to if they are using the Shanghai Metal Exchange or the Platts index. Fastmarkets did have pricing that I think PLS was a part of, but I don't know what they use.
Can anyone point us to the disclosure from PLS stating what the contracts are based on?
