Albanese government would ‘absolutely’ welcome a Tesla manufacturing plantSenior Labor ministers say Australia would “absolutely” welcome Tesla opening a manufacturing plant here, weeks after the idea was hinted at by a top executive.That would be awesome but doubt it as its too far for Tesla to transport all their cars… maybe to the Asia market is attractive.The upside for Tesla is that they will be close to all of our lithium miners.
