needs to be fixed. as most shopping centres only have a few spots of electric charge stations. and its usually the same cars on the spot on most days for smaller shopping centres (where i work so i know what car charges). come to think of it i've rarely seen any charging stations in the busier shopping centres (provided ICE cars don't park in it if they had some as this can't be policed)
