Re value adding:
As far as I know PLS has (at least?) the pending agreement to be involved with a Korean hydroxide production plant with POSCO
…Plus the announced intention to build a trial processing plant with Australian company, Calix to “take fine, lower-grade spodumene concentrate and further process it on site utilising renewable energy to create a low carbon, concentrated lithium salt, which can be further refined by others into lithium battery materials” [ref].
