The formula used to calculate this price for each financial half year is 95% of the averagemonthly price for the 3-month trailing set of three indices (Fastmarkets, Asian Metals and Benchmark Minerals) andwill be rebased every six months
That's a pretty bad contract, Should be rebased every month or 3 months at least.
